Laszeray Technology provides clients with more than just manufacturing services. We have decades of experience in tooling, CNC machining, and plastic injection molding. This allows us to meet the needs of virtually any project.
Our CNC products are of the highest quality. They’re even used in the aerospace industry in the form of blades, vanes, and more that require the highest precision. We also serve clients in the medical, transportation, recreational, and oil and gas sectors.
We employ our own tool shop within our ISO 9001:2015 certified, temperature-controlled production facility. Our in-house engineering support team can develop your product with the finest of detail and optimize it for injection molding. We can even match the best material with your application.
We also employ rapid prototyping to ensure the configuration meet all expectations. Precision optical measuring equipment verifies dimensions of even the most complex part geometries are tightly controlled.
Our Specialties
Laszeray is fully equipped to serve your business with:
- CNC machining: High-quality parts are produced via precision, computer-guided machine tools. Examples include lathes, routers, mills, grinders, and crane lifts. Plastic and metal parts can be produced with very tight tolerances, in low or high volumes. Our CNC systems are equipped with pallet changing, four- or five-axis capabilities, wire EDM, and other advanced features.
- Custom injection molding: Our injection molding presses can process over 250 materials. They’re extremely precise and range from 65 to 1,000 tons. Parts of any size or complexity can be manufactured in our facility. Additionally, we maintain molds in our tool shop and can manage customer inventory by warehousing high-volume items.
- Investment Casting Tooling: Allows for parts and components to be produced with high precision. Expensive equipment isn’t required for investment casting tooling while ferrous/non-ferrous metals and alloys can be used. Combined with short lead times and reduced labor, this makes it a relatively affordable process.
Capabilities
A wide range of capabilities enables us to produce many different types of products. Our business is trusted to create high-precision airplane engine parts, medical equipment, and machinery components. Parts in your home vacuum cleaner or containers you drink beverages from may have been produced by Laszeray Technology.
Extremely advanced equipment is used. Some of our injection molding presses have multi-shot capability, making them even more versatile. We also offer robotic pad printing, laser engraving, and ultrasonic welding services. Finishing manufacturing operations include trimming, packaging and labeling, as well as surface finishing options like polishing, powder coating, plating and anodizing.
Full project management support can be provided from product planning to prototyping and full-scale production. Our team has experience in a variety of engineering disciplines and is highly knowledgeable in different markets. We have the expertise to source items to complete your products, perform inspections, and provide assembly, kitting, and drop shipping services.
